One pass gives you access to water activities for 30 days starting on your purchase date, no need to buy a pass each time you want to splash. Tenant Members must access their portal and apply their membership to receive the discounted pricing.

CAN I PAY OFF MY MEMBERSHIP EARLY?

Yes, once you are enrolled in our monthly plan, you may pay off the remaining balance at anytime. Contact us here and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you. Payoff may not be made at the ticket windows.

WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT OR A PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

We will attempt a 2nd charge after 2 days. If the payment is still declined, your membership will be suspended. If you would like to update your credit card or payment information, you can do so by contacting us here or using the chat on our website, and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you.

DOES MY PLAN AUTO-RENEW?

No, each plan is a 12-month commitment and may not be terminated early.
