CAN I PAY OFF MY MEMBERSHIP EARLY?
Yes, once you are enrolled in our monthly plan, you may pay off the remaining balance at anytime. Contact us here and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you. Payoff may not be made at the ticket windows.
WHAT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 12 MONTHS ON MY LEASE?
Minimum commitment is 3 months regardless of remaining time on lease.
WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT OR A PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
We will attempt a 2nd charge after 2 days. If the payment is still declined, your membership will be suspended. If you would like to update your credit card or payment information, you can do so by contacting us here or using the chat on our website, and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you.
DOES MY PLAN AUTO-RENEW?
No, each plan is a 12-month commitment and may not be terminated early.
