Grounds

The Grounds team is responsible for the upkeep and beautification of the beach, water and all other areas of the Lagoon. Their efforts ensure that all areas are well-maintained, providing a pristine and enjoyable environment for visitors.

Food & Beverage

Deliver great service while preparing and serving delicious food & drinks. From managing one of the many bars to taking orders and preparing meals for guests, this team keeps visitors refreshed and satisfied throughout their daycation at the Lagoon.

Water Quality

This team ensures the Lagoon stays beautiful, clean, and inviting for all guests, every day. Using specialized technology and careful monitoring, you will maintain the perfect environment for guests to swim and enjoy.

Guest Arrival

The Guest Arrival team is the first interaction our guests have with MetroLagoons. This is why it is important we ensure a welcoming and efficient start to every guest’s experience with exceptional customer service and a positive attitude.

Water Safety

Oversee all water activities, ensuring the safety of every guest during their daycation at the Lagoon. American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification and training will be provided to all applicants who pass the swim test.
