Tenant Memberships at MetroLagoons Communities offer a variety of benefits, including member-only events and entertainment. Browse the information below to ensure your family is set up for fun.
To get started, complete the Address Verification & Account Updates Form.
Once submitted, our team will review your information to verify your address and email you with the next steps to complete your registration.
After your address has been verified, you’ll receive the second step of the membership application by email via Docusign. Please provide all necessary details including a copy of your lease so our team can complete the approval process. Once final approval is granted, your official Lagoon membership status will be sent to you via email.
Only members listed on the signed lease qualify for a membership. Qualifying tenants in your household ages 4 and up must be registered to access the Lagoon.

Once we have received your application and verified your residency, you will receive an email link to purchase your tenant membership. Once purchased, MetroLagoons will create any additional family member memberships at no additional cost.

CAN I PAY OFF MY MEMBERSHIP EARLY?
Yes, once you are enrolled in our monthly plan, you may pay off the remaining balance at anytime. Contact us here and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you. Payoff may not be made at the ticket windows.
WHAT IF I MISS A PAYMENT OR A PAYMENT IS DECLINED?
We will attempt a 2nd charge after 2 days. If the payment is still declined, your membership will be suspended. If you would like to update your credit card or payment information, you can do so by contacting us here or using the chat on our website, and our Guest Services team will be happy to help you.
DOES MY PLAN AUTO-RENEW?
No, each plan is a 12-month commitment and may not be terminated early.
