Do you offer group rates?

Yes. Groups of 20 or more that pay from one source are eligible for percentage-based discounts as provided by a Group Sales Specialist.Yes. Groups of 20 or more that pay from one source are eligible for percentage-based discounts as provided by a Group Sales Specialist.

For groups of less than 20, tickets, Splash Passes, and rentals can all be purchased on our website, while food and beverage items can be purchased at the Lagoon.

What is the payment structure?

Groups can be booked with just a 25% deposit. Balances are due 2 weeks prior to the visit, at which point headcounts and other event details are finalized.

Do you honor tax exemption?

Yes. Qualifying organizations can submit their tax-exempt form during the booking process.

Do you have bus parking?

Yes. Buses and vans are welcome with notice. Parking is free for all vehicles.

Can I decorate my rental space?

Yes, as long as decorations do not stain or damage lagoon property or impede the flow of traffic.

Can I bring a cake?

Cakes (only) are permitted with the booking of a rental space. Please remember to bring plates, napkins, and cutlery. Cake storage/refrigeration is not provided.

What if my group is impacted by weather?

Standard lagoon purchases are protected by the Blue Sky Guarantee. For larger groups, your Group Sales specialist will monitor projected weather conditions and be in contact with you on available solutions.
