A Splash Pass is required to access kayaks, paddleboards, bumper boats, and the water obstacle course. Purchase Tickets with Splash Pass or if you've already purchased admission, purchase a Splash Pass add-on!

Complimentary loungers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For guaranteed seating, reserved loungers and cabanas are available for purchase.

Water activity session times vary throughout the day and may not all be available at the same time. All activities operate on a set schedule and are subject to weather impacts and daily availability, so specific times cannot be guaranteed. Session times and wait times may differ from day to day. Please check with the admissions team on the day of your visit to confirm the schedule for each water activity. Guests must report to their selected water activity 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. The water may close before the park does. View our calendar for the full schedule and all hours.

Can I Host a Birthday Party or Group Event at Southshore Bay Lagoon?

Yes! Southshore Bay Lagoon is a popular destination for birthday parties, family reunions, corporate outings, school groups, team celebrations, and special events.

What is MetroLagoons' Chaperone Policy?

To help maintain a safe, enjoyable, and family-friendly environment, MetroLagoons may implement a Chaperone Policy during designated operating periods, holidays, special events, or times of elevated attendance.

When the policy is in effect, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21 or older. Each chaperone may supervise a maximum of four (4) minors and must remain on property throughout the visit. Guests who appear to be 25 years of age or younger may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify their age.

Parents, guardians, and chaperones are responsible for supervising minors in their care and ensuring compliance with all MetroLagoons rules and policies. MetroLagoons reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, security, or enjoyment of others.
