Important Changes
Beginning Friday, May 1, 2026, your Club Dues will now be paid directly to MetroLagoons via a new Vantaca account.
What does this mean?
1. The HOA fee payment process stays the same and will continue in your existing Vantaca account.
2. Club Dues are moving to a new, separate Vantaca account. You will need to create a new login for this.
Why this change?
Separating HOA and Club Dues:
- Provides a more streamlined and accurate billing experience
- Improves account visibility and payment tracking for Lagoon usage
- Allows MetroLagoons to better support residents directly

When do these new changes take effect?
The changes took effect on May 1, 2026. New portal login details will be sent soon, where you’ll be able to view your transferred balance.
On what date are autopayments drawn?
Autopayments are processed on January 3, April 3, July 3, and October 3.
How do I access my new Vantaca login and what should I expect?
You can access the new portal at home.metrolagoons.com. You’ll receive a link to set up your initial login, including a temporary password (which you can change after signing in). This will be sent to you on May 15, 2026.
You may use the same login credentials as your HOA account once your account is set up, even though the URL is different.
Please note: any saved eCheck or credit card information will need to be re-entered. No other information is required.
I’m currently on autopayment. Do I have to set up a new one?
Your auto-draft (ACH) payment details and schedule will transfer to the new platform automatically. However, if you use eCheck or a saved credit card in the Vantaca portal, you’ll need to re-enter that information once you receive your new login credentials.
I have a credit on my account. Will it be moved over?
Yes, your existing credit balance will carry over and be reflected after the transition.
I pay by check. Where should I mail my payments?

I pre-paid for the year. Am I impacted by these changes?
No, you are not impacted. Your pre-paid balance will be reflected on your account in the new platform.
I pay (or would like to pay) via payment coupons/coupon book. How will I receive these?
Coupon books are no longer issued. Instead, you’ll receive automated payment reminders through Vantaca, along with eStatements for each billing cycle.
I live in Seaire or Angeline. Does this apply to me?
No. This change does not apply to Seaire or Angeline at this time, as their Lagoons are not yet open. It currently applies only to Resident Members of Epperson, Mirada, Southshore Bay, and Brightwater.
