Please note that your Loyalty Program is identified by a unique email address; if your household wishes to earn points faster by sharing a loyalty account you must only register with one email address. Loyalty accounts may not be merged or combined; you must identify yourself as a member at the time of order. Members must be the paying guest to receive discounts and points; discounts and points are non-transferable to non-members. Once transaction is completed, we are unable to provide your discount if you did not identify yourself as a member prior to completing the transaction.
By registering your MetroLagoons Loyalty Account, you are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. Only resident members are entitled to receive discounts and other benefits under the loyalty program. Discounts and benefits are not transferable to non-family members and may only be used by the head of household and their verified household members. Resident members must let a team member know they are a resident member before placing an order and proof of membership is required at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be provided after a transaction is complete, nor will a refund be issued. Program benefits are subject to change at the discretion of MetroLagoons.
