OUR BLUE SKY GUARANTEE

Due to Florida’s tropical climate, afternoon showers and thunderstorms are common, especially during the summer. We closely monitor weather conditions for the safety of our guests and team members, and in the case of inclement weather or lightning some activities may be impacted. We may suspend activities and close water activities during periods of inclement weather. During these periods you may be asked to evacuate the water and areas of the lagoon and may be instructed to seek shelter. We ask that all guests adhere to weather warnings and seek shelter.  We apologize that all tickets are sold as non-refundable.

In the event of inclement weather our Blue Sky Guarantee will provide a rescheduled visit under the following conditions:

  • You must have been in the lagoon for less than 5 hours to qualify for a Blue Sky Ticket. If you have been on property for more than 5 hours, you do not qualify for a Blue Sky Ticket.
  • Water activity closures lasted longer than one hour, either accumulatively or consecutively.
  • Blue Sky Tickets must be requested within 30 days of the original visit date and are valid for a return visit within 90 days from the original visit date.
  • Blue Sky tickets are non-transferrable and may not be sold, traded, or bartered.

Eligibility

  • Activities not experienced such as kayaks, paddle boards, water obstacle course, or bumper boats may be rescheduled.
  • Rentals, including lockers, cabanas, chair rentals, umbrellas, tikis, etc. are not available for Blue Sky reschedule and are rented as non-refundable.
