No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed at the lagoon. A personal sealed bottled water or empty reusable water bottle are permitted & can be filled at our water stations onsite. Infant formula and sealed baby food is also permitted.
All products and services are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule your day for any reason you are allowed 1 complimentary reschedule if you request before your visit date. A $5 reschedule fee will be applied to all other reschedules.
Reschedule requests must be made within 1 week of any unused ticket’s original visit date and your new visit date must fall within the calendar year; no refund will be issued for unused tickets.

Our Lagoons are not heated, and water temperature can vary. December to March water temperatures can be in the mid to upper 60’s; while April, May, and November are often in the 70’s. June to October water temperatures can be in the 80’s. Guests should use their best judgement regarding water activities, safety, and their own comfort. Since water is not heated, refunds and reschedules are not eligible due to water temperature.
Guests are permitted to bring in their own, single-post shade umbrellas that are under 6’ in diameter. However, we want to emphasize that guests are solely responsible for any damage or injury caused by their umbrellas.

Persons with open cuts, wounds, sores or blisters may not enter the lagoon water.
All persons, bags, belongings, and other items may be subject to search.
Rules are subject to change as deemed necessary by management. We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the lagoon without refund, liability or compensation if we consider the circumstances so require. Large sports balls to include footballs, basketballs, playground balls, etc. are not permitted unless otherwise stated for a special event. Large inflatable rafts, large water toys, and watercraft are not permitted. US Coast Guard approved flotation devices are available upon request. Small single noodles and U.S. coast guard approved flotation devices are permitted.
