Enjoy faster, easier access to the Lagoon with your Resident Membership Card. This card is your key to a smoother check-in experience every time you visit. Each Resident Member will receive one (1) complimentary membership card. Newly issued Membership Cards are available at any ticket window.
This card must be presented for admission and benefits, along with a valid photo ID for each visit.
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. Misuse of the card may result in suspension or termination of privileges. Replacement fees apply for lost or stolen cards.

Resident Members under the age of 14 will not receive a card.
Members under 14 must be accompanied by supervising companion over the age of 14.

Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a $3 fee. Replacement cards are nonrefundable.
Once a new card is issued, the old card is permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
Only one active Membership Card is allowed per member.
Please note that this Membership card is NOT your Loyalty Discount Card; our Loyalty Program is separate from your Club Plan and is only available to Resident Members who have registered for the Program.
