Included in your Celebration Package is admission and Splash Passes for up to 15 guests and a two-hour designated seating area with 15 seats and two additional tables. A Splash Pass includes access to the water obstacle course, kayaks, and paddle boards.

The Celebration Party Package only includes rental space, admission and Splash Passes for up to 15 guests. If you are looking to create a customized party, please complete a Contact Us form to connect with a member of our Group Sales team to discuss event options.   

Yes! You can add additional guests for $30 per person.  

Epperson Lagoon:
You may add up to 15 additional guests. Please note that your rental only includes seating for 15 guests and two additional tables, however, there is standing room for up to 30 guests.  

Southshore Bay Lagoon: 

You may add up to 25 additional guests. Please note that your rental only includes seating for 15 guests and two additional tables, however there is standing room for up to 40 guests. 

Parking is free for all visitors. Cars may not be left overnight and are subject to towing at the owner’s expense. 

You may pull your car up to the front entrance of the Lagoon to unload your party supplies. Vehicles cannot be left unattended; you are required to unload your vehicle and move your car into a parking space before bringing your supplies to your rental space.

You’re welcome to bring cakes or cupcakes to make your celebration special! Cake or cupcakes for your party are the only food item permitted at the Lagoon. Please keep in mind that we do not have storage or refrigeration available for these items. 

MetroLagoons does not assume responsibility for any damage to cakes or party supplies. You will be responsible for transporting and serving your cake or cupcakes. MetroLagoons does not provide utensils or plates. 

All other outside food, beverages or coolers are not permitted at the Lagoon. Additionally, no outside liquor or alcohol is allowed at the Lagoon.  

A personal sealed bottled water or empty reusable water bottle is permitted and can be filled at our water stations onsite. Infant formula and sealed baby food is also permitted.

The food and beverage you purchased online prior to your visit will be delivered to your rental space about one hour after your designated start time. 

Your guests are welcome to spend the day with us in any first come, first served areas before and after your party. Please check our events calendar for operating hours.

Yes! Your guests are welcome to any of the first come, first serve areas of the Lagoon before and after your party.

You may bring a small, personal-sized speaker that fits in a purse or backpack for your group. Music played from a speaker must be family friendly. Large Bluetooth speakers are prohibited.  

In the event of inclement weather our Blue Sky Guarantee will provide a rescheduled visit under specific conditions. Please visit MetroLagoons.com/BlueSky for more information.  

The safety of all our guests is our top priority. Therefore, inclement weather may cause us to temporarily close the lagoon. We ask that all guests adhere to weather warnings and seek shelter. Tickets and activities are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be canceled or refunded.  

All products and services are sold as non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule your day for any reason you are allowed 1 complimentary reschedule if you request before your visit date. A $5 reschedule fee will be applied to all other reschedules.  

Your new visit date must fall within the calendar year. No refund will be issued for unused tickets.  

Guests are responsible for any increased rate in products or services compared to your original booking. Refunds are not given if the selected reschedule date has a lower rate.  

While there are many team members happy to help you throughout the day, you will not have a dedicated party host and you will be required to manage decorations, party timeline and other details on your own.

In order to purchase tickets separately, select the location of the Lagoon you wish to attend and navigate to “Book Your Day.” You may also purchase tickets on-site at our admissions building. Please be advised that availability is subject to change. Pre-purchasing tickets online is the best way to guarantee entrance to the Lagoon. Your group sales specialist will help you navigate through the best options!

After payment is complete, you will receive an email to the provided email address with your admission tickets and splash passes. You are responsible for issuing tickets to your party guests. We recommend downloading the tickets and issuing a ticket and splash pass to each guest ahead of check in.

Yes! You may bring small decorations including banners, weighted balloons and tablecloths.  

Items not permitted include glass, confetti, glitter, paints and open flames.   

Large or unique decorations will be permitted at the discretion of a MetroLagoons team member upon arrival. MetroLagoons does not assume responsibility for any damage to cakes or party supplies.

You can begin set up in your rental space 15 minutes before your designated time.  

Goodie bags are welcome! Please note, goodie bags cannot contain food or beverage, this includes candy or snacks.

When booking this Celebration Package, you can pre-purchase cheese or pepperoni pizzas, cans of soda and bottled water. 

You are permitted to use the rental space for the designated times on your ticket. While you must leave and take down all decorations by the end of your designated time, you and your group are welcome to stay at the Lagoon in any first come, first serve area of the Lagoon.

Your party can begin within the chosen times on your booking.

Yes just be sure that you receive any wristbands / stamps needed at arrival so that our lagoon staff can identify you for re-entry.

Our Lagoons are a swim at your own risk facility. Lifeguards will be stationed at water activities, but free swim areas are not guarded.    

Anyone 4 years and older will count in the Celebration Package. Everyone entering the park will need an admission ticket.
