Opt-Out Option: Starting January 20, 2025, photo ID verification will be required for all guests. If you choose to not have your photo taken, you will need to show a valid photo ID each time you enter the Lagoon
With the new Resident Member Portal, you will now be able to access your resident membership account and book rentals & water activities online at a discounted rate using your Resident Member benefits.

*Resident Member must accompany guest into the Lagoon and provide qualifying ID. Guest Passes may not be sold, bartered, or traded. Guest Passes are only available at the ticket window at the Lagoon and may not be purchased in advance, online, or through the Call Center.
