Expedite Your Lagoon Entry

We’re excited to introduce photo ID capture at our front gates to enhance both your convenience and security. Starting with your next visit, we’ll take your photo and link it to your membership account.

Here’s what you need to know:

Faster Check-Ins: Your photo will make future entries quicker and more seamless.

Preparation: Please remove hats and glasses when your photo is taken.

Privacy Assurance: Photos are securely stored and used exclusively within our admissions system.

Opt-Out Option: Starting January 20, 2025, photo ID verification will be required for all guests. If you choose to not have your photo taken, you will need to show a valid photo ID each time you enter the Lagoon

Brightwater Lagoon Resident Member Portal

With the new Resident Member Portal, you will now be able to access your resident membership account and book rentals & water activities online at a discounted rate using your Resident Member benefits.

  • 25 complimentary Resident Guest Tickets for friends and family per year* (guest tickets are limited to 25 per year based on membership start date)
  • 1 free Splash Pass per resident member, per month
  • 20% discount on rentals
  • $3 Splash Pass *Limited time only.
  • Additional $5 discounted Resident Guest Tickets for up to 6 guests per day per household*
  • Access to other MetroLagoons locations for $5 per household member

*Resident Member must accompany guest into the Lagoon and provide qualifying ID. Guest Passes may not be sold, bartered, or traded. Guest Passes are only available at the ticket window at the Lagoon and may not be purchased in advance, online, or through the Call Center.
