Terms and Conditions

By participating in Pickleball at the Lagoon, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:


General Admission Required

Access to the Lagoon facility is not included with Pickleball reservations. A valid general admission ticket must be purchased separately to enter the Lagoon.


Advance Purchase Required

Pickleball sessions must be purchased separately and in advance. Walk-up reservations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.


Equipment Provided

Paddles and balls will be provided for all players. Guests are also welcome to bring their own paddles.


Court Footwear Policy

  • Only clean, dry, non-marking shoes are permitted on the court.

  • Players may also play barefoot or in socks.

  • Wet, sandy, or dirty shoes are not allowed, to maintain safe and playable court conditions.


Safety Rules & Conduct

  • Jumping into the water from the court is strictly prohibited. Any guest who does so will be immediately ejected from the Lagoon without refund.

  • No sharp objects (such as jewelry, keys, or metal accessories) are permitted on the court. These items may damage the court surface and pose a safety risk.

  • Guests must follow all staff instructions and posted signage at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the court or Lagoon premises.


Personal Property Disclaimer

The Lagoon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, including but not limited to cell phones, jewelry, paddle equipment, or other belongings brought onto the court.


Weather Policy

In the event of lightning, heavy rain, or other inclement weather, play may be temporarily suspended or canceled for safety. Rescheduling may be offered when possible.


No Refunds

All Pickleball reservations are non-refundable. Guests may reschedule based on availability with advance notice.
