New: Membership Cards

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Membership Cards! With an expedited entry, stepping into paradise has never been easier. All you need to do is go to your Home Lagoon and ask a team member to get you set up with a Membership Card. You’ll need a government-issued ID if you’re already registered as a Resident Member. If you have not registered yet, you’ll need to do that first.

Things you should know

Cards are non-transferable and may not be copied or duplicated.

Screenshots or photos of cards will not be accepted.

Resident Members under the age of 14 will not receive a card at this time. This is coming soon.

Members under 14 must be accompanied by supervising companion over the age of 14.

Your first card is complimentary.

Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a $3 fee. Replacement cards are nonrefundable.

Once a new card is issued, the old card is permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated.

Only one active Membership Card is allowed per member.

Terms & Conditions

This card is the property of MetroLagoons. It must be presented with a valid photo ID for admission and benefits on each visit.

  • Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Misuse by the cardholder or use/attempted use by anyone else may result in confiscation, suspension, or termination of privileges.
  • MetroLagoons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke membership terms, conditions, or benefits at any time without notice.
  • Possession of this card does not guarantee entry. Capacity limits, blackout dates, and other restrictions may apply.
  • Members are expected to follow all posted rules and regulations.
  • MetroLagoons is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  • Confiscated cards will result in suspension of all benefits, including admission and discounts, and may require a reinstatement fee, at MetroLagoons’ discretion.
  • Replacement fees apply to lost or stolen cards.
  • Use of this card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
  • Angeline Resident Members: This card is only valid at Mirada Lagoon
  • Seaire Resident Members: This card is only valid at Southshore Bay Lagoon
